To achieve it, simply use a texturizing spray on damp hair and then rough dry your hair. Next, take sections of your hair and twist them to make them look like thin ropes. Use a hairbrush to secure them in place as you dry them - do this with each section and then run your fingers through your hair to loosen the waves. Use another texture spray to make your hair look tousled and sexy.
